Community HUG
The Community HUG (Health, Uplift and Growth) is a strategic intelligence tool that helps organizational leaders understand and prioritize community partnerships based on trust and alignment with your COE aims, capabilities, reach, geography, demographics, and health focus. It does not replace your metrics but adds to them. The Community HUG prototype was launched by the Yale Smilow Cancer Center COE team in 2026. The Community HUG creates a strategic, living framework that identifies community organizations best suited to answer strategic questions, lead programs, or conduct trusted community outreach.
